100% Pediatric Urology Opportunity Near Virginia Beach!

An established, academically affiliated pediatric urology program in Coastal Virginia is seeking a fellowship-trained Pediatric Urologist to join a growing team in Norfolk. This is a full-time, 100% pediatric urology position offering a compelling mix of complex surgical volume, subspecialty flexibility, and a strong mentorship culture — all within a collaborative, high-acuity practice. Practice Highlights You will join four full-time Pediatric Urologists — spanning early, mid, and late career — supported by three dedicated Nurse Practitioners who assist in the OR, run independent clinic sessions, and provide daytime call and inpatient coverage. The team operates across a main OR and two satellite ASCs, with dedicated block time at all three locations. The program is equipped with a dedicated da Vinci Xi robot (not shared with adult services), a comprehensive stone program including PCNL, ESWL, and URS with Holmium and Thulium lasers, access to IR with surgeon-obtained percutaneous access available, and an in-clinic Video Urodynamics (VUDS) suite.
