About the job Director of Growth Marketing What you will be doing: The ideal candidate is an artist and a scientist. You are a creative, results-oriented, and data-driven marketer. You have compassion for the customers you serve and build solutions with empathy. You thrive on using metrics to drive your decisions and have the instincts to move on opportunity. You excel at cross-functional communications and build trust & strong relationships at all levels. Responsibilities Leverage digital marketing tactics – paid search (Google, Bing), paid social (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Snap), SEO, influencer, native, and programmatic advertising to drive conversions and optimize LTV/CAC ratio. Identify and pursue new channels for growth. Develop, test, and optimize landing pages and conversion funnels, leveraging design best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and agencies to develop creative marketing campaigns. Communicate online marketing performance KPIs to executive team Experience you will need: Understanding of B2C subscriber performance KPIs and their drivers 4-6 years’ experience marketing at subscription-based B2C business preferred. Experience leveraging CDPs like Segment Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills Excellent verbal communication, written communication, and presentation skills Great attitude and eagerness to make a difference! #J-18808-Ljbffr FutureRecruit.net
