Bradford Hills Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) with an Indirect License to join our in-house rehabilitation team. Position Details

• Full-Time

• In-House Rehabilitation Program

• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) / Long-Term Care (LTC)

• Indirect License Required

• Collaborative interdisciplinary team

• Consistent caseload

• Supportive leadership and mentorship

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania PTA Indirect License required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Passion for patient-centered care

• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team

• SNF/LTC experience preferred, but not required

Technology

• Net Health EMR

Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a Physical Therapist

• Assist residents in improving mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and functional independence

• Document treatments and patient progress accurately and timely

• Collaborate with therapy staff, nursing, and other healthcare professionals

• Maintain compliance with all facility, state, and federal regulations
