Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting, as needed

• Assist with daily living activities, such as eating, grooming, and ambulation

• Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team

• Maintain a clean and safe environment for our residents, including assisting with laundry and housekeeping tasks

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure prompt and appropriate care

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to lift, transfer, and move patients as needed

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
