Facilitate, communicate, and collaborate with the healthcare team and the patient/family to identify and meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of the patient. Promote the optimal health, well‑being, and safety of the patient through use of the nursing process and in accordance with patient care standards, guidelines, and the State Nurse Practice Act. Demonstrate personal accountability for relationship‑based care, organizational mission, and core values. Job Requirements Education Requirements Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; Nursing Diploma or endorsement accepted. Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred. Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (new graduates required); preferred for experienced RNs. Experience Requirements One year of experience preferred. Specialty‑specific nursing skills and knowledge base required. Licenses/Certification Requirements RN License required; current state nursing license or valid RN license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact. Physical Requirements Medium work – may exert up to 50 lbs occasionally, up to 20 lbs frequently, or up to 10 lbs constantly.
