Dr. Caleb Masterson is a board-certified ear, nose, and throat physician, founder of B&B Sinus and Allergy Relief Center, and the voice behind DrCalebMasterson.com. Alongside his clinical practice, he has built a following in the hundreds of thousands across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube by turning complex topics — sinus health, allergies, hearing, insurance navigation, and the patient experience — into content that is informative, often musical, and consistently watchable.

 

The brand operates across two audiences. The first is patients and the general public, who come for clear, entertaining education about ear-nose-and-throat health and the realities of modern medicine. The second is physicians and healthcare professionals, who follow his platform at DrCalebMasterson.com and his keynote work for ideas on leadership, autonomy, and building patient trust through social media. B&B Sinus and Allergy Relief Center is also home to Breathe and Brew, an in-clinic coffee shop that has become a recurring visual signature of the brand and a reflection of how patient care is reimagined here.

 

This role exists to scale the production behind both content streams while preserving the warmth, humor, and signal-rich style the audience expects.

 

POSITION OVERVIEW

 

We are seeking a full-time Videographer to own visual storytelling across the brand's full portfolio: short-form patient education for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts; long-form interviews and podcast episodes for DrCalebMasterson.com ; on-location content from B&B Sinus and Allergy Relief Center and Breathe and Brew; and keynote and event coverage from speaking engagements. Because Dr. Masterson maintains a full clinical schedule, the majority of filming will take place outside standard business hours. The ideal candidate combines technical proficiency with strong editorial instincts, operates effectively as a one-person production unit, and is comfortable building a schedule around evening and weekend shoots.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

• Produce and edit short-form video for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, with an emphasis on hooks that retain attention in the first three seconds.

• Capture and edit long-form content for YouTube and DrCalebMasterson.com, including multi-camera interview setups.

• Document B&B Sinus and Allergy Relief Center and Breathe and Brew for recurring brand storytelling.

• Cover speaking engagements and keynote appearances, including travel as required.

• Coordinate shoot timing around the clinical schedule; the majority of filming will occur on evenings and weekends.

• Operate independent shoots, including lighting, audio capture, and multi-camera setups.

• Edit in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve, with proficiency in color grading, audio cleanup, motion graphics, and captioning.

• Manage media assets, backups, and the long-term content archive.

• Contribute creative direction in addition to executing on assigned briefs.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

• Two to five years of professional videography and editing experience.

• A portfolio demonstrating range across talking-head, b-roll, lifestyle, and social-first formats.

• Capability to own a shoot start-to-finish with personal equipment.

• Strong technical command of lighting, sound, and pacing.

• Fluency in at least one major non-linear editing platform, with working knowledge of color and audio post-production.

• Preferred: motion graphics (After Effects), FAA Part 107 drone certification, photography experience, podcast video workflows, familiarity with healthcare or education content.

• Available and willing to work non-traditional hours, including regular evenings and weekends, in exchange for weekday schedule flexibility.

• Composed under deadline pressure.

• Aligned with a content style that is warm, humorous when appropriate, and always respectful of patients.

• Committed to craft and to iterating toward excellence rather than settling at "acceptable."
