New Car Sales Manager

Sales Floor Leadership: Desking deals, coaching sales staff on closing techniques, and maintaining high floor energy. Inventory Management: Monitoring new vehicle stock levels and ensuring a healthy rotation of inventory. Performance Targets: Driving the team to meet monthly sales goals and manufacturer standards. Customer Resolution: Handling escalated customer concerns to ensure high satisfaction ratings. Marketing Collaboration: Working with the marketing team to coordinate seasonal promotions and showroom displays. Required Qualifications & Skills Leadership: Proven experience managing a high-volume sales team in a retail automotive environment. Business Acumen: Strong understanding of dealership operations, inventory turn, and profitability. Licensing: Must hold all locally required automotive sales and management licensing #J-18808-Ljbffr
