Job Title: Journeyman Electrician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Journeyman Electrician to join our team. The role involves installing and bending EMT conduit (1/2 inch up to 3 inches) and rigid conduit, installing cable trays, routing and pulling wires, and performing terminations in boxes and panels depending on skill level. You will also support lighting and fixture installations as needed, ensuring all work is conducted safely at heights using ladders or scissor lifts. Adherence to site safety standards and completion of required onboarding is essential.

Responsibilities

• Install and bend EMT conduit and rigid conduit.
• Install cable trays and route/pull wire.
• Perform electrical terminations in boxes and panels.
• Support lighting and fixture installations.
• Work safely at heights using appropriate equipment.
• Follow site safety standards and complete required onboarding.

Essential Skills

• Proven experience in conduit bending and cable tray installation.
• Competency in electrical wiring and terminations.
• 5+ years of experience as an Electrician.
• Experience in routing and hooking up transformers.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Journeyman license preferred.

Work Environment

This role involves working at large industrial job sites including LG Energy in Queen Creek and Lucid in Casa Grande. At LG Energy, work is scheduled Monday-Saturday, with 10-hour days and 8 hours on Saturday, totaling 58 hours per week. At Lucid, work is Monday-Friday, with 10-hour days totaling 50 hours per week. The work environment is demanding but rewarding, with competitive pay, a per diem allowance, and a gas stipend for employees traveling over 60 miles.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tempe, AZ.

The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $41.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Tempe,AZ.
