Job Requirements

• Board Certification in Vascular Surgery required
• Fellowship training required
• Active Ohio medical license preferred
• BLS and ACLS required
• Minimum of 1 year of vascular surgery experience required
• Ability to provide surgery, inpatient, and emergency department coverage
• Comfort with call coverage, including in-house and beeper/phone call as needed
• Clean background with no malpractice or license issues required
• Self-Query NPDB report dated within 30 days of presentation required

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive vascular surgery coverage for inpatient and emergency department needs
• Perform surgical care for adult and geriatric patients in a hospital-based environment
• Manage inpatient units and support ongoing vascular surgical services
• Participate in call coverage and respond to patient needs in a timely manner
• Deliver high-quality care across the full spectrum of vascular surgery coverage
• Collaborate with the care team to support continuity, efficiency, and patient safety
• Document clinical care accurately in EPIC
