What We Offer First year earnings of $116,000/year to $125,000/year DOE which includes hourly pay of $36.73 to $41.11 DOE, bi-weekly production bonus, shift premiums, and 354 hours of scheduled annual overtime. Day-one medical, dental, vision, and life insurance 100% 401(k) match up to 6% Biweekly production bonus Paid parental leave Industry-leading safety culture Long-term stability with a global steel manufacturer Schedule 12-hour rotating Dupont schedule Days and nights Every other weekend off Built-in overtime opportunities What You'll Do Troubleshoot and repair motors, drives, electrical systems, and production equipment Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints Install, maintain, and repair industrial electrical equipment Perform preventive and predictive maintenance Assist with troubleshooting hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems Support equipment reliability and continuous improvement efforts Work safely as part of a highly skilled maintenance team What We're Looking For Required 3+ years of industrial electrical maintenance experience Experience troubleshooting motors, controls, and electrical systems Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to work a rotating 12-hour schedule Preferred PLC troubleshooting experience Manufacturing, steel, paper, chemical, power generation, food processing, glass, or other industrial maintenance experience Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics Welding or fabrication experience Experience working with cranes, conveyors, pumps, or heavy equipment Why Gerdau?
