This part-time contract role spans from August 10 through May 21, 2027, offering the chance to make a lasting impact across a diverse student community.

Leverage your expertise in school-based pediatric physical therapy to help students maximize their mobility and participation in school activities. You'll provide in-person services, collaborating closely with teachers, support staff, and families to deliver effective interventions tailored to each child's unique needs.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapy licensure for Nevada, or eligibility and willingness to obtain licensure prior to the assignment start date
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric physical therapy preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to engage positively with students, faculty, and families
• Excellent documentation and organizational abilities
• Adaptability and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, educational setting

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students across PreK-8th grade
• Deliver direct and consultative PT services, both individually and in group settings
• Collaborate with classroom staff and families to support students’ physical development and participation
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to IEP meetings as part of the multidisciplinary team
• Educate school staff on adaptive strategies, mobility equipment, and safe physical practices
