In this role, you’ll support families experiencing trauma or life challenges by providing guidance, transportation, and supervised family interactions. You’ll collaborate with parents, children, foster families, and other professionals who share a commitment to keeping families safe, supported, and connected. WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Family Support Worker, you will: Provide transportation for families and children as needed Facilitate and supervise family interactions Provide crisis intervention and support services Coordinate and schedule meetings between families and FCS team members Complete accurate and timely case documentation Collaborate with a team dedicated to supporting and strengthening families Every day, your work will help families stay connected and move toward a healthier future.WHY YOU'LL LOE WORKING HERE
