Job Description
The Maintenance Technician independently maintains mobile home and RV facilities and equipment, reporting to the Facilities Manager. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, and accurate maintenance documentation, with minimal on-call work and no vendor coordination.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance on mobile home and RV facilities and equipment.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues.
- Troubleshoot equipment problems and complete mechanical inspections.
- Process and update maintenance work orders.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records.
- Monitor and manage parts inventory.
- Provide limited after-hours or emergency repair support as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in industrial maintenance.
- Knowledge of mechanical systems.
- Knowledge of electrical systems.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
