Employer Brand Program Manager, Events & Partnerships, Americas As Employer Brand Program Manager, you will build and enhance our talent brand in the Americas (North America and Latin America). This role drives impactful, high-visibility projects while working closely with senior leaders and key stakeholders to support the Employer Brand strategy. You will be part of the Global Employer Brand team within Global Recruitment, owning cross-functional initiatives that support the employer brand strategy and leading events & partnerships. You will manage event strategy, planning, and execution for in-person and virtual events that boost regional recruiting efforts and elevate brand awareness across North America and Latin America. This role requires strong partnerships across DEI, Recruitment, Leadership, HR, and Marketing to create events and content supporting our employer brand priorities. This role is pivotal in building experiences that attract and engage the best talent to power Adyen’s growth.
