Opportunity Highlights:

• General Ob/Gyn Practice
• 10 provider group - 7 physicians, 2 Advanced Practice Providers (NPs) and 1 Certified Nurse Midwife
• Monday thru Thursday (8am - 4:00pm) - Friday (8am - 2pm)
• Robotic Surgery
• Providers rotate between offices. Main location is at (6879 Southpointe Drive North, Jacksonville, FL).
• Precept residents from University of Florida
• Location Name: South Point OBGYN in Jacksonville Women's Care

Qualifications and Requirements:

• MD/DO
• Current and Unrestricted State Medical License or ability to obtain
• Current and Unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain
• Ob/Gyn Board Certified/Board Eligible (ABOG, AOBOG)
• Completion of ACGME Ob/Gyn Residency Program
• Board certification required within 5 years of eligibility
• Active BLS Certification
