A die‑casting facility is a high‑temperature, fast‑paced manufacturing environment where molten metal is injected into steel molds to produce precision parts. The work is hands‑on, physical, and safety‑focused. Here’s what employees typically experience day‑to‑day:

Heat & Molten Metal Die‑casting machines operate at very high temperatures. Operators work near furnaces, molten aluminum or zinc, and heated tooling. PPE is mandatory gloves, sleeves, face shields, and heat‑resistant gear depending on the station.

Noise & Machinery The plant is loud due to hydraulic presses, compressors, trimming machines, conveyors, and cooling systems. Hearing protection is standard. Machines run continuously, so workers must stay alert and aware of moving equipment.

2nd shift hours : 3pm to 11pm Monday through Friday.

3rd shift hours : 11pm to 7am Monday through Friday.

Operate die‑casting machines **according to established production standards.Load materials, monitor machine cycles, and ensure parts meet quality specifications.Perform basic machine adjustments, including temperature settings, shot size, and cycle timing.Inspect finished parts for defects such as porosity, flash, or dimensional issues.Able to lift 40–50 lbs and stand for long periods.

**Forklift Driver/ Material Handler : **Operatesit‑down forklift to move raw materials, WIP, and finished products, verify counts, and inspect incoming materials.Stage materials for production machines and ensure proper inventory flow. Perform accurate inventory moves Keep Manufacturing aisles, racks, and staging areas clean and organized.Assist with cycle counts and basic inventory control tasks. Sit‑down forklift experience required
