Job Summary Under the general direction of the Rehabilitation (Rehab) Services Manager or Assistant Manager, assess patient needs, develop patient treatment goals, and plan and implement the appropriate treatment program utilizing a variety of professional physical therapy procedures. Washington Physical Therapist License upon hire. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
