Service Coordinator Join the APCCO team as a Service Coordinator, where you'll play a central role in keeping our field service operations running smoothly. What You'll Do: Coordinate day-to-day scheduling for Service Technicians, managing communication between customers, technicians, and internal team members to keep everyone informed and on track Support ongoing customer needs by maintaining preventative maintenance contracts, coordinating repair estimates, ordering parts, scheduling work, and processing customer billing Maintain customer documentation in compliance with ammonia refrigeration regulations based on geographic requirements Contribute to a collaborative, positive, and professional team environment Role Structure: You'll be primarily focused in one of three areas while cross-trained to support all functions as business needs arise: Tech Dispatch / Customer Interaction Service Quotes Parts Ordering & Inventory Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience Compensation: $50,000 – $60,000 annually We offer a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage, a 401(k) with up to 5% company match, and a variety of supplemental benefits available to fit your needs.
