Champion Window - Sunroom Sales Representative Job Summary Champion is seeking experienced in‑home sales professionals to join our successful team. Leads are provided, no cold calling, and paid training is offered. Benefits Unlimited earning potential – $100,000 to $200,000 plus potential first year out Robust benefits package – W‑2 sales position, health, dental, 401(k) and more Paid training and daily coaching Pre‑qualified appointments for sales representatives Over 60 years of quality experience with advancement opportunities Community‑focused culture, employee incentives, company‑paid annual achievers trip Responsibilities Conduct in‑home sales presentations by building trust and educating customers Identify customer needs and utilize champion’s proven sales presentation Negotiate and close the sale Participate in daily sales/trainings and coaching sessions Manage a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends Conduct in‑home consultations and provide customized solutions Maintain accurate CRM records, mobile technology, and basic math/computer applications Accurately measure, assess customer needs, and explain product features, financing options, and installation processes Qualifications Proven success in consultative or in‑home sales, preferably with high‑ticket products or services Strong closing and negotiation skills, ability to build trust and overcome objections Excellent communication, presentation, relationship‑building skills Self‑motivated, competitive, driven to exceed sales goals Strong organizational and time‑management skills to manage multiple appointments and follow‑up activities Proficient with CRM systems, mobile technology, and basic math/computer applications Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, ability to travel within the assigned territory High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree or sales certifications a plus Ability to lift up to 40 lbs Preferred Backgrounds Home improvement, windows, doors, roofing, siding, bath remodeling, or outdoor living sales HVAC, flooring, kitchen and bath, furniture, mattress, or other high‑value retail sales Automotive, real estate, insurance, or other consultative sales environments Experience selling products with financing options and one‑call close presentations Champion Window is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
