Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Day Shift)
Job Overview
We are hiring a detail-oriented Warehouse Team Lead to ensure accuracy in outbound orders within a fast-paced distribution environment. This role plays a key part in auditing shipments, maintaining quality control, and supporting daily fulfillment operations.
If you have strong attention to detail, experience with warehouse equipment, and enjoy working in a hands-on leadership role, this opportunity is for you!
What You’ll Do:
Audit outbound orders for accuracy, quantities, and proper labeling
Verify loads before shipment
Pick and pack orders as needed
Identify and report inventory discrepancies
Assist with relabeling and order corrections
Operate warehouse equipment (reach truck, order picker, sit-down forklift)
Support the fulfillment team and work independently when needed
What You Bring:
Bilingual (required)
Experience operating warehouse equipment (forklift, reach truck, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Effective communication skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently
