Business Services Category Manager (Procurement) – Atlanta, GA Make your mark for patients. We are looking for a Business Services Category Manager (Procurement) who is strategic, collaborative, and results‑driven to join our Procurement team. About the role You will lead sourcing initiatives and execute procurement strategies across a range of corporate service categories such as travel, legal, finance, talent, and information technology. This role combines strategic execution with hands‑on sourcing delivery and close stakeholder collaboration. You will play a key role in driving cost optimization, improving service quality, and strengthening supplier partnerships to deliver measurable business value. What you'll do Execute procurement strategies across multiple corporate service categories Lead end‑to‑end sourcing projects, including supplier selection and negotiations Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into sourcing solutions Manage supplier performance, contracts, and continuous improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulatory requirements Drive process improvements and support procurement transformation initiatives Minimum requirements Master's degree in business, procurement, finance, or related field 5‑8+ years' experience in procurement or sourcing roles Proven track record delivering sourcing projects and measurable outcomes Strong negotiation and contract management skills Experience working with cross‑functional stakeholders Solid analytical and financial evaluation capabilities Preferred requirements Experience managing corporate services categories such as travel or professional services Familiarity with supplier performance management and contract compliance Experience working within global or matrix organizations Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills Ability to identify cost optimization and process improvement opportunities Adaptability and problem‑solving skills in dynamic environments This position reasonably anticipated base salary range is $125,600 - $164,900.
