Key Responsibilities

Coordinate interviews across multiple departments, managing complex calendars for candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams.
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, providing timely communication and a positive candidate experience.
Prepare and distribute interview schedules, confirmations, and recruiting materials.
Support the offer process by preparing offer letters, collecting required documentation, and coordinating pre-employment activities.
Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure data integrity throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
Assist with job postings, candidate pipeline management, and recruitment reporting.
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure hiring timelines and recruiting priorities are met.
Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including background checks, drug screenings, and new hire paperwork.
Prepare recruiting metrics and reports to track hiring activity, time-to-fill, and other key performance indicators.
Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive candidate and employee information.
Assist with process improvement initiatives and special projects to enhance recruiting operations.

Pay: $29.15 - $35.11 per hour
