Events Assistant

Job Description
We are looking for an Events Assistant to act as a team liaison on behalf of brands we represent.
\n \nUltimately, you will contribute to building long-term consumer relationships.
\n \nResponsibilities
\n- \n
- Execute public outreach for brands \n
- Face to face interaction with potential customers \n
- Provide after-sales support for retention purposes \n
- Ensure prompt and accurate answers to queries \n
- Build strong client relationships, through regular communication \n
- Report on the Subscription retention \n
- Communicate subscription pricing details clearly \n
Requirements and skills
\n- \n
- Must be 18+ \n
- Authorized to work in the USA \n
- Can commute to Landover, MD 5 days per week \n
- Available to start ASAP \n
- Great communication Skills \n
- Bachelor's Degree preferred \n
- Competitive mindset \n
