Job Responsibilities: ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct daily quality audits, review EOL operations, investigate build issues, and address non-conforming products.
- Communicate quality findings and customer concerns with production leadership, quality teams, customer liaisons, and third-party containment providers.
- Support quality improvement initiatives by developing audits, implementing corrective actions, and identifying process enhancements, work instructions, and visual standards.
- Train employees on quality standards, alerts, boundary books, and quality-related procedures to ensure compliance and awareness.
- Analyze quality data, prepare reports, monitor processes, and provide recommendations to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- 2 to 3 years' experience in automotive assembly or manufacturing environment
- Experience making quality minded decisions, training, & auditing in a production environment.
- Proficient in business software applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, and database software
- Superior verbal, written, and presentation skills are require to effectively communicate with employees at all levels, suppliers, and customers
