About this role:
- Fellowship Trained Orthopedic Surgeon
- General Orthopedics positions - Mixture of bread and butter procedures, sports med, total joint, trauma, etc..
- Full-time/permanent position with inpatient and outpatient practice
- M-F Work Schedule
- Clinic Day Volume: 30-35 per day on clinic days.
- Call rotation – 1:6
- Well-established Orthopedic Surgery opportunity 45 minutes from downtown Chicago
- Location: Hobart, IN (45 mins from Chicago!)
- 200 Bed Hospital
- Team of 6 Ortho Surgeons
- Access to an abundance of cultural activities and world-renowned museums that only a world-class city can offer
- Collegial group of system physicians eager to provide mentorship and support in developing physician practices
- Healthcare systems undergoing explosive growth and expansion in virtually all physician service lines
- EMR systems utilized in Inpatient & Outpatient settings
- EPIC – fully integrated HIMSS Stage VII (Only 5% of hospitals in the country are at this level of sophistication)
- Easy to use; support department available
- Unique work structure conducive to utilizing all your skills
Background Desired:
- BC/BE Orthopedics
- Subspecialty interests are encouraged, with the opportunity to design practice around personal goals.
- Ability to hold an Indiana State Medical License
- H1B visa if necessary
