For more information, click here.Role reports to:Head of HCP, Skin HealthLocation:North America, United States, New Jersey, SummitWork Location:HybridWhat you will doThe Manager, Aveeno HCP Activation & Skin Health Owned Digital is a highly strategic marketing role responsible for leading healthcare professional activation for the Aveeno brand while also owning the Skin Health professional owned digital ecosystem across brands. This individual will drive recommendations, advocacy, engagement, and business growth through integrated HCP activation, professional education, omnichannel marketing, sales enablement, and digital engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Aveeno HCP activation strategy and execution with support of an ABM direct report.Partner with HCP sales lead on field tools, training, sampling, and launch readiness; & Partner with Conference & KOL engagement leads to support brand strategy & activation.Own SH&B HCP website, CRM journeys, in partnership with the HCP digital capabilities team, and other SH&B activation lead.Drive omnichannel engagement, analytics, optimization, agency management, budget management, and KPI tracking.Lead cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Medical, Professional Affairs, Sales, Regulatory, Legal, Analytics, and Finance.Impact of the RoleDirect responsibility for Aveeno HCP activation, professional education, field enablement, Skin Health owned digital strategy, HCP engagement, agency leadership, budget oversight, and business growth.What we are looking forRequired QualificationsA minimum of a Bachelor degree required.A minimum of 6+ years of professional marketing, healthcare marketing, activation, digital marketing, brand marketing, or related experience.Demonstrated experience with HCP engagement, omnichannel marketing, websites, CRM, analytics, agency management, and cross-functional leadership.Preferred QualificationsMBA or advanced degree.Dermatology, skincare, pharmaceutical, consumer health, or OTC experience.Conference, professional education, or sales field activation experience.Leadership ExpectationsStrategic thinker with strong execution.Demonstrates ownership, accountability, business acumen, and influence.Uses customer insights and analytics to drive decisions.Builds strong partnerships and champions innovation across the Skin Health portfolio.#LI-JS1What’s in it for youAnnual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:$124,100.00 - $175,200.00This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.Competitive Benefit Package*Paid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Volunteer Time & More!Learning & Development OpportunitiesKenvuer Impact NetworksThis list could vary based on location/region*Note: Total Rewards at Kenvue include salary, bonus (if applicable) and benefits.
