Perkins Coie is seeking a mid‑level associate with 4–6 years of experience practicing law to join our Chambers‑ranked Privacy Class Action Defense Team in Dallas. The role involves working on groundbreaking privacy litigation for marquee clients in the technology and retail sectors. Responsibilities Work on privacy class action defense litigation for technology and retail clients. Participate in all stages of pre‑trial litigation, including briefing, written discovery, document production, and depositions. Qualifications 4–6 years of experience practicing law. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Willingness to commit to excellent client service and a client‑centered practice. Comfort with analyzing and interpreting laws and regulations and contributing to strategy. Passion for technology and ability to work collaboratively with clients. Superior academic credentials and top AmLaw firm experience. Familiarity with Federal and Texas Rules of Civil Procedure. Benefits Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. 401(k) plan.
