Job Description As a Senior AI Engineer, they will be working on Snowflake LLM observability, working with the system of record and execution layer for enterprise LLM workloads in snowflake. This is for a CRM product being built for on‑property guests and workers of this global hotel chain. This project is for a customer relationship management capability used directly by hotel level (property level) staff to recognize, personalize, and serve guests while they are physically on site—before arrival, during the stay, and at checkout. Unlike a central or corporate CRM (used by marketing, loyalty, or sales teams), on‑property CRM is designed for front line hotel colleagues and day‑of‑stay operations. This term is used internally in the context of guest personalization and colleague‑facing tools.
