Medicare Sales Agent - NC Licensed

To support a growing sales team, the full-time Medicare Sales Agent - NC Licensed will work remotely across multiple states, managing inbound calls to assist prospective members with their insurance needs and guiding them through product selection and enrollment processes. Key responsibilities: Answer incoming calls from prospective members, converting inquiries into qualified leads and sales Follow up with members to address questions and review current or new products and services Document member information across multiple systems while maintaining engagement and active listening Required qualifications: High School Diploma/GED or 4+ years of customer service/sales experience Current and active Health Insurance license in state of residence 1+ years of recent sales experience utilizing a health insurance license, or a bachelor's degree Ability to work scheduled shifts, including training, with flexibility for overtime and weekends Current residence in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, West Virginia, Indiana, or Michigan
