Our Environmental Services team are strategic partners who maintain Noble facilities at the highest standards to ensure a safe, effective, and efficient workplace. Each employee contributes their part so together we can help farmers and ranchers triumph over the barriers and ultimately benefit all of society through their efforts. We live to find new ways to generate usable information so they can leave their land better at sunset than at sunrise.

Salary Range: $29,009-$36,261 Schedule: Monday - Friday 10am-6:30pm

As an environmental services technician, you will maintain Institute facilities ensuring a sanitary, orderly and attractive work environment. The work you do in support of overall operations plays a part in making a difference in a producer's operation, their life and the society that depends on them.

The ideal candidate will:

• Consistently follow cleaning protocols, safety standards, and demonstrate attention to detail.
• Work independently completing tasks thoroughly and efficiently while maintaining quality.
• Communicate effectively with other EVS staff, supervisor, and co-workers across the organization.
• Support team coverage and workload, balancing with a we-not-me mindset.
• Maintain a professional, respectful demeanor for all interactions.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing supplies and inventory
• Providing team support

• Maintaining facility cleanliness
• Operating cleaning equipment
• Driving vehicles for work-related tasks

Qualifications

Experience: Have a high school diploma or equivalent with no experience required. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a custodial or related field is preferred.
