Someone who can look at a messy P&L and say: “Challenge accepted.” What You’ll Be Doing: Own all day-to-day bookkeeping (QuickBooks is your jam) Reconcile bank & credit card statements like a boss Manage A/P and A/R Keep our financial records squeaky clean Support month-end close and financial reporting Help us improve systems and scale with confidence Please don't apply if you: Have less than 5 years of bookkeeping experience Aren’t confident in QuickBooks Struggle with accuracy or attention to detail Can’t keep up in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment Don’t love numbers.
