Job TitleJob DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Operate and troubleshoot machines/processes required to manufactureAssist with set-up and operate assigned machines in area to produce finished productApply all safety, quality, ITAR, and other plant processes and procedures to the productsComplete proper paperwork per stationKeep work area safe and clean (5S – Sort, Straighten, Shine, Standardize, Sustain)Responsible for quality workmanship that meets and/or exceeds customer expectationsPerform other duties as directed by the Team Leader and/or ManagerQualifications:Ability to work well with othersAbility to follow directionsAbility to read blueprints, job data sheets, safety instructions, etc.Good written and oral communication skillsSelf-motivatedEducation & Experience:1-2 years experience working in a similar position is preferredPhysical Requirements:Routinely Lift up to 35 poundsStand/walk >90% of the timeResponsibilities:Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Stop work and immediately report any major injury hazards. Achieves production goals. Works at the required cycle time or defined engineering standard. Maintains clean and orderly work area, including routine housekeeping tasks and machine cleaning tasks and performs planned operator care and maintenance tasks. Remains flexible and performs other miscellaneous duties, as required, to meet production goals. Works with peers, skilled trades and support staff to maintain and identify equipment needing repair. Teamwork Communicates effectively with the assigned team and with all support teams. Completes training and personal development in line with business requirements.
