OT is only approved by the HCA/CMO if providers exceed working the daily productivity expectation of 18 patients per shift. Providers must be aware of and comfortable with the patient quota rule before committing to an interview. Duties & Responsibilities Provide high-quality pediatric care in an outpatient community health setting. Maintain a daily productivity expectation of 18 patients per shift. Work effectively within a fast-paced environment with minimal ramp-up time. Coordinate care with multidisciplinary support staff including MAs and mental health professionals. Ensure accurate and timely documentation within the EPIC EMR system.
