Senior Platform Engineer-Administrator

Overview

Senior Platform Engineer–Administrator to lead the deployment, configuration, and administration of data and analytics platforms supporting enterprise data strategy initiatives. This role enables development teams to build scalable, secure, and high-performing data applications across hybrid cloud environments.

Base pay range

$115,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr

What you will do

• Build, configure, and manage data platforms ( Azure, Informatica, BI tools ) to support analytics and data engineering teams.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and architecture teams to optimize platform performance, integration, and security.
• Ensure solutions meet operational, compliance, and security standards before production deployment.
• Troubleshoot performance issues and support secure deployments in distributed environments.
• Drive automation and DevOps practices to streamline CI/CD pipelines and improve platform reliability.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and provide technical support for project and production delivery.

What you will bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of platform administration in hybrid cloud environments.
• 3+ years in Big Data engineering (Spark, Python, Linux, DB management).
• Experience with Elasticsearch, Kibana, and Informatica (MDM, DQ, ETL a plus).
• Strong scripting skills (Unix/Linux shell) and DevOps automation experience.
