Facility Maintenance Technician I

Work on modern, standardized commercial kitchen facilities Consistent environments faster repairs, less guesswork Mix of hands-on repairs + preventative maintenance + facility support Independent work with support from experienced teams when needed Clear path to grow into Senior Technician or Facilities Management roles Be part of a fast-growing operation supporting a massive, evolving industry What you’ll do Facilities Maintenance & Repairs Perform general repairs across multiple sites, including: Drywall, patching, and painting Tiling and basic masonry Shelving and equipment installation Floor repairs and upkeep Exterior maintenance (roofs, gutters, landscaping) Preventative Maintenance Conduct routine maintenance on building systems: HVAC Plumbing Electrical Identify issues early and prevent costly breakdowns Site Operations Support Travel between multiple sites ( number of sites vary by region ) throughout the week across the Greater Bay area Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day facility issues Partner with internal teams to keep kitchens fully operational What your week looks like 60% hands-on repairs and maintenance 25% preventative maintenance 15% inspections, troubleshooting, and support What we’re looking for Required 2+ years of handyman, maintenance, or facilities experience Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, field-based role Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Preferred 3+ years of commercial facilities maintenance experience Experience in restaurants, hospitality, or multi-site environments HVAC/R experience or trade school background Work Environment & Schedule Field-based role across the Greater Bay Area Local travel between sites (home daily) Monday-Friday schedule On-call rotation and overtime opportunities Why join us Demand for online food delivery is growing really fast!
