** Job Summary **

We're hiring field interviewers to collect residential survey responses across Tyler, TX this fall.

The role is straightforward data collection at the door. You'll receive a daily address list, visit each home in your assigned area, administer a two-question interview, and record the response in a mobile app. A typical interaction runs about thirty seconds. This is not a sales or fundraising position — nothing is being sold and no money is collected at any point.

Compensation is a guaranteed $25 per hour for all hours worked, with per-door knocked earnings added on top, paid weekly. Your hourly guarantee is never reduced based on production.

Paid Travel and Housing Is Offered

Accuracy matters more than speed here. Interviews are GPS-verified through the app and a portion are independently confirmed afterward, so careful, honest work is what gets rewarded. Each interviewer is assigned their own coverage area with no overlap.

Scheduling runs in four-hour blocks across afternoons, evenings and weekends, and you can work anywhere from 15 to 40 hours per week. Interviewers who perform well in the opening weeks are moved into team lead roles at a higher rate.

No prior research or interviewing background is required — we train the full process. You'll need to be at least 18, have a smartphone and reliable transportation, and be comfortable walking three to four miles over a shift. Spanish-language ability is valuable on these routes. Paid training begins early October and the project concludes in early November.
