About the Role
The Company is in search of a seasoned Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to spearhead its global SaaS business, focusing on strategic growth, operational excellence, and product innovation. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the company's strategy, operations, and profitability, with a key emphasis on scaling the business and leading M&A initiatives. A strong background in enterprise software or SaaS, particularly within the marketing technology sector, is essential, as is a proven track record of success in leading and building high-performing teams across various functions. Key requirements for the role include a minimum of 20 years' experience in a senior executive position with full P&L ownership, recent hands-on experience in M&A, and a history of serving Fortune 500 or Global 2000 customers. The ideal candidate will have a background in MarTech, channel marketing, or marketing automation, and a demonstrated ability to lead enterprise growth strategies. Strong financial leadership skills, including expertise in forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning, are also crucial. The role demands a leader who can partner effectively with Boards of Directors and is adept at driving shareholder value. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for candidates holding an MBA.
