Food Production Supervisor

Job Responsibilities: Assist with Management of all food production areas for Airline Customers. Ability to delegate and hold subordinates accountable. Ensure & promote a safe work environment and follow all procedures for reporting worker's compensation incidents and accidents. Follow airline & customer specifications to ensure products are being produced effectively. Follow HACCP Program guidelines which consist of sanitation, food safety, and FDA requirements. Manage & resolve production issues in a timely manner. Education: Bachelor's Degree Preferred. Minimum of an associate degree required with 5 years' experience or a High School Diploma with 10 plus years' experience. Job Qualifications: Must have 5 years of experience in food service management (High-Volume production experience preferred). Experience in Customer Relations. Must be able to motivate and build a team. Bi-lingual skills a plus (Spanish/French/Chinese) Positive attitude, leadership skills, strong communication skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
