Job Description
We are seeking professional, energetic, and hospitality-driven Servers to join our upscale steakhouse team. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences, possesses strong food and wine knowledge, and thrives in a fast-paced fine dining environment. Servers are responsible for providing attentive, personalized service while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional, attentive service throughout the dining experience
- Guide guests through the menu, including steak selections, seafood offerings, wine pairings, and daily specials
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery
- Maintain detailed knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests
- Process payments accurately and handle guest concerns professionally
- Assist with table maintenance, resetting, and overall dining room presentation
- Collaborate with management and support staff to ensure seamless service
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($6.05) plus tips
