Job Description Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Princeton is hiring a Hemodialysis RN to provide direct patient care to inpatients requiring hemodialysis following their rehabilitation needs. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care to inpatients in need of hemodialysis. Supervise care and treatments, conduct patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and address patient concerns. Build rewarding relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to aid in recovery. Educate nursing staff on hemodialysis patient care, equipment, and standards of care. Qualifications Current RN licensure as required by state regulations. CPR certification. ACLS within 1 year of hire. CRRN certification preferred. 1 year experience in inpatient hospital setting preferred.
