Sales Professional - Roofing, Windows, Solar & HVAC Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico Job Type: Full-time Commission-based About the Role Epex is hiring experienced in-home sales professionals with backgrounds in Roofing, Solar, Windows, or HVAC . If you're ready to grow your income by selling multiple trades under one roof , this is for you. This is not entry-level. We're looking for closers who want:

- Higher commissions per deal
- Faster installs and payouts
- Support from real operations staff - not promises
- Residential Roofing, Windows, Solar, and HVAC
- Single-trade or bundled packages
- Home upgrades with strong financing, clean pricing, and fast execution
- Competitive commissions per deal (no volume hustle)
- Weekly installs = weekly payouts
- No redraws, no backend games, no delays
- CRM, pricing, scopes, and support all handled in-house
- 2+ years of in-home sales experience
- Background in Roofing, Solar, Windows, or HVAC
- Ability to build rapport, educate homeowners, and close confidently
- Self-driven, professional, and results-focused
- 4,000+ satisfied customers and growing
- 13-day average install timeline across all trades
- In-house PMs, coordinators, and support staff
- Daily coaching, trade training, and sales development
- 1 in 4 reps hit top-tier income in their first year
