This is an outside sales opportunity where you'll work directly with small and medium-sized business owners and decision-makers in an assigned territory. You'll educate clients about supplemental insurance solutions designed to provide valuable financial protection for employees and their families.

That's why our training program combines virtual classroom instruction with hands-on training in your own sales territory . You'll work alongside an experienced trainer who will teach you our sales process, help you develop your communication and presentation skills, and give you the tools to build a successful career.

Once trained, you'll have the opportunity to work independently within your assigned territory while having continued access to your sales manager and team for coaching and support.

As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will:

• Meet face-to-face with small and medium-sized business owners and decision-makers

• Introduce businesses and their employees to supplemental insurance products and services

• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions

• Prospect for new business through referrals, existing accounts, and new business opportunities

• Schedule and conduct follow-up appointments with prospective and existing clients

• Build and maintain your own book of business

• Develop long-term relationships with clients and business owners

• Participate in scheduled team meetings, sales calls, and training

• Track and submit daily sales activity and performance metrics

• Manage your own schedule and submit your weekly working hours to your sales manager

• Provide professional and responsive service to clients through phone and email

• Travel to other sales territories with your team when desired

Travel weeks are available regularly but are optional.

Previous experience in outside sales, inside sales, insurance sales, business-to-business sales, customer service, recruiting, retail sales, or another performance-driven environment is helpful.

However, we are willing to train the right person.

• Must already hold a Health & Life insurance producer license or be willing and able to obtain one

• Licensing reimbursement is available

• Bachelor's degree OR a minimum of 4 years of professional post-high-school work experience

• Candidates within 6 months of completing their bachelor's degree will be considered

• Candidates with less than 4 years of professional experience may also be considered if they have relevant or specialized outside sales experience

Pay: $76,000$100,000 per year

Schedule: 8-hour shift with flexible scheduling
