AE - Brand Ambassador (Sales Associate)

YOUR ROLE As a part‑time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day! Your goal is to provide everyone who comes into the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they came in. You are the face of our company and you’re proud of it. You love the products and are passionate about building brand loyalty with every guest. Most of all, you represent our company values and bring your real self to work every day. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest, helping them find exactly what they are looking for with a friends‑first mindset. Share your passion for AE & Aerie products, educating guests on details and suggesting items that fit their needs. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests. Adapt to any zone in the store, flexing between the sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed. Solve problems creatively, proactively resolving guest concerns while adhering to company policy. Work collaboratively with teammates, always willing to assist in getting the job done. Act with integrity, doing the right thing and following AEO policies and procedures. YOU'RE A GREAT FIT IF You love interacting with people. You’re energetic and can handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. You are available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. You love AE and Aerie products. You have prior retail experience. You are at least 16 years of age. PAY & BENEFITS Actual starting pay is determined by relevant experience and location. Associates may be eligible for paid sick leave and other benefits subject to eligibility requirements. Paid time off, sick leave, and holiday pay vary based on job level, type, location, classification, and years of service.
