Sales Executive

Role Description The Sales Executive is a full‑time, hybrid role based in the Wichita, Kansas Metropolitan Area, with flexibility for some work from home. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and promoting the company’s full range of products and services, including print solutions, office supplies, mailing equipment, and promotional products. Day‑to‑day activities include prospecting and lead generation, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing quotes and proposals, and coordinating closely with internal teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and exceptional customer service. The Sales Executive will analyze client needs, recommend tailored solutions such as secure print portals and promotional programs, and track sales performance to meet or exceed revenue and margin targets. Qualifications Strong sales and business development skills, including prospecting, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing. Account management and customer relationship skills, with the ability to understand client operations and recommend appropriate print, office supply, mail, and promotional solutions. Communication and presentation skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to deliver persuasive product demonstrations. Organizational and time management skills, including territory planning, prioritization of opportunities, and accurate documentation in CRM tools. Basic technical aptitude to learn web‑to‑print portals, mailing equipment, and online promotional stores, and explain these solutions to clients. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment, with reliable transportation for client visits in the Wichita, Kansas area. Prior sales experience in printing, office supplies, mailing equipment, or promotional products is preferred but not required. High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial. #J-18808-Ljbffr
