Construction Laborers Needed

Starting at $20/hr- can quickly move to 25/hr

We're hiring Construction Laborers and Concrete Laborers to join a growing precast concrete manufacturing team. If you have experience in construction, concrete, landscaping, roofing, framing, demolition, warehouse work, or other physically demanding environments, this could be an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career.

• Assist in the production of precast concrete products used in commercial construction projects
• Set up and prepare concrete forms for pours
• Tie rebar, lay reinforcing mesh, and install embedded components
• Help pour, level, and finish concrete
• Strip forms and prepare finished products for shipment
• Move materials and support daily production operations
• Work safely as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

• Construction, concrete, landscaping, roofing, framing, demolition, or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to lift and perform physical work throughout the day
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn

• 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM schedule

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Omaha, NE.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
