Help Launch Dallas' Newest Luxury Pet Resort

Full-Time | Starting Pay: $12–$14.50 per hour DOE
Multiple Positions Available

For more than 13 years, The Wags Club has been one of Los Angeles' premier destinations for dog daycare, boarding, and pet care. Thousands of Southern California pet parents have trusted us with their dogs because we believe they deserve more than a kennel, more than a daycare, and more than a place to stay.

We're now opening our first Texas location and are looking for founding members of our Dallas team.

This is your opportunity to help build the culture, standards, and reputation of a brand-new luxury pet resort while working with dogs every day.

We're looking for people who want to become experts in canine behavior, group play management, safety, and professional pet care.

What You'll Do

As a Pack Leader, you'll be responsible for supervising playgroups, monitoring dog behavior, maintaining a safe, structured environment, and ensuring every dog in our care receives exceptional attention.

This is an active, hands-on position. You'll spend much of your day on your feet interacting with dogs, cleaning play areas, picking up after dogs, maintaining resort cleanliness standards, and helping create a positive experience for both pets and their owners.

You'll work both indoors and outdoors, interact with dogs of all sizes and personalities, and be expected to remain engaged, attentive, and proactive throughout your shift.

The ideal candidate understands that great pet care involves both the fun parts and the hard work that happens behind the scenes.

Qualifications

• Reliable, professional, and dependable
• Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods
• Able to work weekends and holidays as needed
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Professional animal-care experience is preferred, but we are willing to train exceptional candidates
• Passion for dogs and commitment to their safety and well-being
