Public Relations and Media Associate

Aimé Leon Dore is seeking a Public Relations & Media Associate to join our team in New York, NY. This role will report directly to the SVP, Marketing and play a key role in supporting brand visibility through strategic seeding, media relations, and PR initiatives. Duties And Responsibilities Manage end-to-end execution of seeding initiatives, including recipient selection, order placement, tracking, and delivery Maintain and continuously refine client and media lists, ensuring accuracy across tiers, categories, contact details, and sizing Support the development and execution of strategic gifting opportunities to strengthen relationships with key talent, partners, and media Serve as the primary point of contact for product requests, coordinating loans, shipments, and returns for editorials, photoshoots, and media placements Track, compile, and report on media placements, coverage, and ongoing PR activity Assist in drafting and distributing press releases, media kits, and other PR materials, ensuring alignment with brand voice and messaging Support cross-functional initiatives tied to brand campaigns, launches, and storytelling moments Qualifications 2+ years of experience in public relations, communications, or a related field Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership Interest in fashion, culture, and brand storytelling; experience in fashion or luxury is a plus Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 Aimé Leon Dore is from Queens, NY.
