Job Description
Registered Nurse - Infusion

Schedule

10-hour shifts between 09:00 and 23:30, with weekend requirements.

Assignment Details

Floating is required.

Requirements

2 years of experience, including oncology experience.
Active RN license in California.
Certifications: BLS and ONS/ONCC.
Flu vaccine is mandatory (no exemptions or declinations).
Experience with Epic EMR system is required.
First-time travelers are not accepted.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate nursing care to oncology patients undergoing infusion treatments.
Administer chemotherapy and other medications as prescribed.
Monitor patient reactions and manage side effects of treatments.
Educate patients and families about treatment plans and procedures.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
Document patient information and care accurately in the EMR system.
