Responsibilities Provide high-quality, individualized patient care in a senior living environment Collaborate with healthcare teams to assess, plan, and evaluate care Administer medications and document all treatments accurately Respond to changes in patient condition with appropriate interventions Educate patients and families on care plans and procedures Assist with discharge planning and maintain proper documentation Start IVs, change dressings, and support physicians during exams Requirements Current, active, and unencumbered Colorado RN license BLS and ACLS certifications CPR certification 1+ year of RN experience Ability to pass a criminal background check and CAPS screening Willingness to adapt to a dynamic care environment and new settings #J-18808-Ljbffr
