• $285k Base Salary + Production Incentives
• $25,000 Sign-On Bonus (half up front and the remainder after the 1 st year)

• 12-16 patients per day in clinic 
• 3 NP’s and 1 PA on-site
• No Call - Excellent work-life balance 
• EMR - Meditech
